The App is provided for use by authorized users of your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
You are responsible for any data you upload to the App ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content, but by uploading it, you grant TestBeats a non-exclusive license to use, store, reproduce, and modify your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App services.
TestBeats will use reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of the App. However, the App may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, downtime, or other unforeseen circumstances.
TestBeats may terminate your access to the App for any reason, with or without notice. You may also terminate your access to the App at any time.
The App is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TestBeats disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
TestBeats will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TestBeats regarding your use of the App.
